My Role – Summer IT Intern in GSA (13 wks) Contributions to IT Impact to Campbell’s Improved the users’ navigation experience. Opportunity to review the documents associated with the process In 2 wks: Identified 121 projects with an issue 46% of projects updated, resulting in 53% of errors removed Improved overall accuracy of the project portfolio in Clarity Created a process to further improve accuracy • Microsoft SharePoint • Migrate content from IT Governance & Communications wikis to SharePoint • Data Quality • Rid Clarity of project discrepancies to accurately reflect the dept’s accomplishments this year, so the dept can plan appropriately for the next
My Role – Summer IT Intern in GSA (13 wks) Contributions to IT Impact to Campbell’s Enable the org to identify cost saving opportunities Established a single source document for all applications for our cost to serve model Created foundation of the guide that could be built upon as needed Gave the perspective of new end user approaching Apptio Now the org can eliminate potential threats on active domains • Service Management/Costing • Merge & consolidate service cost data with service application data • Apptio Training Manual • Update previous guide to reflect the dept’s version of Apptio • IT Security • Visit & document website domains.
