  1. Corporate Sponsorship & Membership 2018 Fundraising Drive

  2. Corporate Sponsorship & Membership 2018 Fundraising Drive WHAT As part of it’s growth strategy, KLCB recognizes the need to expand its funding base. Today, KLCB independently raises, outside of government grants to cover operating costs, funds from four key sources: Annual Golf Outing $22,750 Donations and Sponsorship $15,470 Calendar sales $ 3,289 Art Fest Soda Sales $ 2,533 In order to deliver annual initiatives in support of our long term strategic plan, KLCB has committed to increase funding by $15,000. The Exec Committee recommends to the Board that an annual fundraising campaign be initiated over a three-week period in April leveraging ‘Great America Clean-up’ and ‘Earth Day.’ The initial target is both reasonable and attainable.

  3. Corporate Sponsorship & Membership 2018 Fundraising Drive HOW • KLCB is asking its Board of Directors to actively participate in the sponsorship and membership campaign by providing contacts for e-mail / U.S. mail solicitation. • As contact lists are personal solicitation can take place in four ways: • 1. Part of a broad-based e-mail appeal added to the KLCB e-mail address list • emanating from #ImCommittedToKeepLeeCountyBeautiful@klcb.org • A personalized HTML e-mail with your signature sent to your constituency • by KLCB • An HTML template will be provided so that you can send the e-mail to your constituency while you maintain complete privacy of your contacts • U.S. mail solicitation to targeted contacts signed by you or the Exec Director • All e-mail solicitations will have a link to accept instant credit card contributions
