Narratives. A piece of writing that tells a story. A narrative can be fiction or non-fiction (imagined or real/factual). What is a narrative?. A personal narrative tells a TRUE story about something that ACTUALLY happened. Examples: biographies, autobiographies, memoirs, diaries, etc.
