  1. GOALS AND PRIZES Communicate Let Scouts and parents know what the prizes are so that Scouts can set their goals for how much popcorn to sell

  2. $600 Club 105-ZX Crossbow Ticket Voucher for Cincinnati Cyclones Game

  3. $1500/$2000 Club • THE $1500 CLUB JUST GOT BIGGER!  IT IS NOW THE $1500/$2000 CLUB. • Expanded as a step up program.   • Scouts who sell over $1500 in popcorn can choose one prize option from the $1500 Club.   • Scouts who sell over $2000 in popcorn choose one from the $2000 Club prizes instead.   • $2000 sellers do not get a prize from both levels. • The Club prizes are bonus prizes that are in addition to the regular Physical Prizes.

  4. $1500 Club Prizes Free week of Cub Scout Day or Twilight Camp Or A ticket voucher for Kings Island, can be used throughout the 2014 season Or A $50 Wal-mart Gift Card

  5. $2000 Club Prizes Free week of Cub Resident Camp Or A Season Pass for Kings Island for 2014 Or $100 Gift Card to Perfect North Slopes Or A $80 Wal-mart Gift Card

  6. A unit can opt out of the prize program and Scout Bucks to get another 3% commission. They still get the bonus “club” prizes.

  7. IDEAS ON MOTIVATING SCOUTS TO SELL POPCORN

  8. Pie an Adult Advisor Targets: Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, troop committee member, et al. Volunteers determine sales level: Low (e.g., $200) – more Scouts eligible to throw a pie High (e.g., $1,000) – inspire Scouts to sell more

  9. Prizes from the Unit

  10. Weekly Raffle Prizes Source: parents, committee members, unit Prizes: candy, gum Scout stuff – flashlights, pocket knives, sporks, ball caps, carabiners, playing cards Items for Mom

  11. More popcorn sold More rewards for Scout from the unit. • Scouts who sell a certain level of popcorn will get part of their summer camp paid by the unit • Part of the popcorn commission goes to the unit, part goes to the Scout for Scout-related activities • All of the popcorn commission goes to the Scout – for any Scout activity, including dues
