  4. Advantages of our solution • Fail over • In case of a server (IP PBX) failure (hardware or software), the users phones will automatically be routed to a spare server. This allows for all users to still use their phones. • Once the office staff and resident phones automatically roll over to the fail over PBX, all the communication works as usual, while the support staff look into the problem and fix the failed IP PBX. Once the failed server is restored, the users automatically revert back to normal configurations. • It is recommended that each location has a multi-line toll free IP DID, this will allow for incoming calls to still reach the office and the residents even in case of IP PBX fail over as this DID will get routed via the spare fail over server.

  5. Advantages of our solution • Extension plan • Each phone has a 4 or 5 digit extension, where the first two digits of the extension indicates the location of the facility. This allows for no hassle, scalable solution for up to 99 buildings. • Fully Connected • Each location has connectivity to the other locations, thru IAX IP channels over the managed LAN. This allows users to call other facility users by dialing an extension. • Free Inter facility calling • As the network is fully connected all your inter facility calling is free. • Multi Line Toll Free facility • Each toll free IP DID provided by Exordium services provides the capability to receive multiple simultaneous calls over a single DID line. This will allow multiple calls come in to the IP PBX and be answered by its IVR and then based on the selection the call can get routed to any of its users.
