" social and Ethical issues" The Internet is a means of communication, as you can on the way to send messages and talk with others and presenting your ideas and opinions and learn about the ideas of others and their opinions, they are a means of interaction between the persons, institutions and various bodies Ethics and morals.

  2. خير الكلام ما قل ودل Brevity in presenting ideas and dialogue is better for others to speak and punchy

  3. Remember that even though the interaction is going by way of computers and network lines, there is a human on the other end that should be treated with the same level of respect you would treat him or her in person

  4. • Respect the other side: respect for their ideas and opinions. Do not make fun of others but argue with them is better. To avoid offending others or wounded when their sense of communication over the Internet
