Guidelines for using this template • Microsoft PowerPoint templates • This PowerPoint presentation is designed to be used for all College presentations, it contains a range of flexible slides to meet your various needs. • It is set up at 16:9 aspect ratio for widescreen projectors and screens. However if you require to show on a standard screen (4:3 aspect ratio) please use the standard screen template.

Step 1 Inserting an old presentation into the new template Open the latest powerpoint presentation from our website and then click between the two slides where you would like to import the old slides into (1), a red line will appear. (1) Step 2 Click on the Home menu and then click on the arrow in the New Slide. At the bottom of the screen, Select Reuse Slides (2). (2)

  15. Step 3 AReuse pain appears on the right hand side. Click the Browse button and select Browse File, select the old presentation, open.Thumbnails and the title of each slide will be displayed. Ensure the Keep source formatting (3) box is NOT selected. Step 4 Step 5 The page will be inserted within the red line you selected previously. Select the page you would like to insert. (3)

  16. Step 6 Changing Layout To change the layout of the page once inserted into the master template: Select the page to change. In the Home tab select Layout. Select the layout required. (depending on the content of your original files, the layout may not always pick up the content correctly)
