In-Cabin Only Pets travel in-cabin only, staying in carriers under the seat—Southwest does not allow pets in cargo. Pet Fare A $95 non-refundable fee applies per pet carrier, one-way, with limited availability on each flight. Pet Reservations Reserve early by phone—pet spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
