Hires PCFO & approves budget
Conducts charitable eligibility review
Provides oversight of PCFO

16. Federation Responsibilities Communicate with member agencies
Timely payment of pledges
17. How pledges are processed March – August: PCFO agreement signed, committees recruited and organized
Sept. – Dec: Kickoff, white forms sent to payroll and yellow to PCFO for processing
January: PCFO receives monthly, payroll deducted payments from various payroll centers
February: PCFO is reimbursed for campaign expenses (March – February
March – PCFO send campaign summary and designation totals to participating charities and begins monthly distributions to charities (April)
April: Federations send payments to member charities
