  5. Phase I Identify an issue or problem Analyze the audience - learning abilities – Purpose of the task Determine delivery Options Analysis

  6. Phase II Design Specify learning objectives Work on prototypes that besthelps the end user Design user friendly material graphic design, user-interface, and content Create an strategy

  7. Phase III Development Improve prototype material from Design phase Test material and keepimproving if needed

  8. Implementation Phase IV Deliver the material to end user Train the users Keep an eye on how users reacts to instructional material

  9. Phase V Evaluation How the end user benefitted from the instructional material? Was the material sufficient? Is there room for improvement? Get feedback
