Semiconductors play a vital role in the area of the electronic component. The semiconductors are the elements with properties like an insulator and a conductor. Germanium, gallium, arsenide and silicon are typical examples of semiconductors. The electrical conductivity of semiconductors allows them to pass and resist electricity accordingly. They are pretty important in the electricity realm as they bestow the advantages of both conductors and insulators.
