  1. Ventilation Hire- Types of Ventilation and its Advantages Ventilation is the movement of air in and out of an area/ space. Essential in everyday life, it plays an integral part of our daily lives and a pivotal role in our health and safety. Whether the ventilation is mechanical or natural, it’s necessary for our wellbeing and benefits us in a variety of ways.

  2. Mechanical Ventilation A mechanical ventilation method is often the most commonly used method of ventilation. It works by using fans to positively displace the air from on place to another- generally from the outside to in. Often, the air is extracted at the same time and re-introduced with a proportion of fresh air. This is called circulation and provides for efficient operation. Machines that do this are generally referred to as air handling (AHU) units.

  3. Exhaust Ventilation An exhaust ventilation system reduces indoor air pressure by depressurising the space. Exhaust ventilation systems are most commonly used in spaces where steam and humidity build-up is common, like kitchens and bathrooms. This system removes the old indoor air and replaces it through a different medium, like an air vent.

  4. Natural Ventilation Natural ventilation is all around us. Devices such as radiators create air movement by convection and other natural examples, such as the Termite mound, use systems of ducts in buttress shaped structures cool and ventilate. Although there is much to learn from the nature, there are challenges in terms of application into the more intensive needs of the modern industrial world.

  5. Supply Ventilation Supply ventilation operates by pushing external air indoors through a fan, which then pressurises the building displacing older air through vents. Supply ventilation systems are most commonly used in living and other commercial spaces. Generally filtered, these systems do an excellent job at maintaining good air quality and ultimately better quality of life.

  6. Photo File- Ventilation Hire in Action Below are some photos of ventilation systems out in the ventilation systems are very handy and can be installed in hours. A typical case study for a ventilation project can be found here field. Portable

  7. Advantages of Ventilation Systems We now know that effective ventilation systems can do wonders for our health, even if we don’t notice it. The positive effects of ventilation systems have in the past often however, in recent years with the occurrence of Covid 19 good ventilation practices have come to the fore. been overlooked,

  8. Ventilation Can Prevent Moisture Damage A build-up of moisture or water can cause a variety of issues within the work place. Condensation can most commonly be found in areas where water or moisture is prevalent, like production and storage areas. However, condensation and moisture damage can also occur generally in buildings without effective management.

  9. Effective Ventilation Creates a Better working Environment An effective ventilation system in your work environment, can improve your employees efficiency and health. For example, ventilation systems filter out impurities and dirty particles from the supply air , which can reduce symptoms of asthma and help prevent asthma attacks. It also minimises problems such as foul odours, stuffiness and air borne viruses.
