  4. Randall had a romance with Abbe, a colleague. They exchange some emails in jully and in august. In the first email, Randall wantsshecomes back to himbecauseheis not withhiswife, Jenna. If shedisagree, heproposed to move her to anotherdepartment. In the second email, Abbe respond to him: Hisbehaviourisinappropriate and sheaccusedhim to communicatepoorlywithher. Sheaccuses him of sexualassault.

  6. Regarding the problem, Randall takes a victim position. He doesn’t assume hisacts, heseemsveryembarrassed. He doesn’t gauge the weigh of this situation.

  7. What are hisemotions, behaviour in the meeting ?

  8. In the meeting, Randall islost and veryannoyed. He tries to convincedhis boss heis on a right position. He trusts itisn’t anormal to have a romance, and doesn’tunderstand how a womancancomplaint againsthim. At the end, heacceptswhathis boss tell him, in order to resolve the situation.

  11. The leadership comes from the adequacy of the Mix between professional life and personal problem. • Disappointed of the behavior of Randall • He will have lot of problem to solve with this story. It’s not his job. • The situation is hard to solve because there is “sexual harassment” charge.
