ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT (I) • WP1 • -Organization of Progress Meeting #2, in Lisbon • -Organization of Mid-Term Review Meeting in Dublin • -Information exchange with the GSA (e-mails and phone conferences with project officer Fiammetta Diani (GSA) and expert appointed by the GSA (Sverker Almqvist) • -Progress on contractual issues and information exchange with GSA’s contracts officer Aydin Ciliv for checking some issues possibly affecting the Grant Agreement and finalization of pre-payment • -Closure of open actions (KOM, PM#1, RCSM, PM#2 and phone conferences) • -Intensification of coordination with other FP6 / FP7 projects • -Preliminary activities for the organization of project Workshop#1 • -Initial activities for the preparation of Progress Report (PR#3) • -Intensification of coordination with dedicated contacts (e.g. Channel #1) WP1: OVERVIEW OF PROJECT SATUS

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT (II) • WP2 • WP2.1- Delivery of final version of D2.1 • WP2.2 - Market and business, preliminary business model and market assessment (more details provided by BCO) • Coordination define the sample participating in the trials. Sample profile proposed by Bain&Co and ARVAL selecting group of drivers. Preliminary sample already available • Completion of activities according to the planning agreed for WP2.2. Draft of D2.2 completed, to be updated with GSA’s and SA’s feedback today. • WP2.3 – Preliminary architecture and technical feasibility (more details GMV) • Completion of WP2.3 related activities • Writing of D2.3 • Matching of the user requirements and the current platform capabilities • Definition of changes to be made to existing technical elements. • Definition of interfaces: • Definition of final OBU technical features • WP2.4 – Analysis of related specific issues (more details provided by ICC) • Final version of deliverable D2.4 with contributions to the different relevant sections: Standardization, Policies, Interoperability, EGNOS / EDAS, Authentication WP1: OVERVIEW OF PROJECT SATUS

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT (III) • WP3 • -Dutch Telecommunication operators (particularly VF NL) (agreement almost closed) • -Discussion with ARVAL for the installation services of 100 OBUs (technical services and garages) • -Definition of the sample participating in the trials (100 drivers) (initial sample already available) • -Progress in the activities for the provision of material for the production of 100 OBUs • -Preparation for exhaustive performance trials (similar reference vehicle tested in Spain) • -Completion of activities within WP3.2.1 – Trials definition (more details provided by TRL) • WP4 • -Fine-tuning of the 2 communications channels: progress in channel#1 • -Databases circulated and updated • -Abstracts / articles written and project presented in different events and fora • - Third press release released, third newsletter • - Project website has been regularly updated • - Material available to be sent to ARVAL customers to attract volunteers • Preliminary activities to arrange workshop#1 (coordination with ERTICO) • To be detailed by ERF (in WP4 presentation) WP1: OVERVIEW OF PROJECT SATUS
