  4. Age/Health • At any age you can survive in our eco-system • There are both males and females of every animal. • There are plenty of options allowing nutrients to be passed down. • Enough for sick and healthy people to survive.

Cells: • They need energy (starch and fat) to continue their jobs and work whenever they need to. • They need building materials (protein) to allow them to stay strong and grow. • Organisms: • They need energy (starch and fat) for any exercise they do. • They need building materials (protein) to grow and rebuild or fight sickness. They both need energy and building materials because cells make up organisms.
