  7. So What Do We Do? • Know that there are treatment options. • We can’t change the genes. • We can limit toxic exposure! • We can support them metabolically! • We can treat their immune systems!

  10. Fighting the Battle • The biomedical approach is major front to fight the battle but not the only one • Continue behavioral therapies • Don’t stop the current medications without coordination with the prescriber.

  11. Fighting the Battle • Limit Toxic Exposure • Reverse osmosis water filter • Glass cookware • Organic whole foods • Remove toxic chemicals from home • “Green” cleaning and house hold products • Gluten free/casein free diet (GFCF)
