  2. “I Have Fought A Good Fight” • Judges 3:1-2 – combat must be learned • I Tim. 6:12; 2 Cor. 10:4-5 • Eph. 6:11-12; I Sam. 17:29 • Discipline; sacrifice; commitment to the unit. • Confidence in the cause

  3. “Finished My Course” • How many can’t say this. A “winner”. • I Cor. 9:24-27 – intensity • Gal. 5:7 – don’t be deterred. • 2 Tim. 2:5 – in the spiritual conflict, there are “rules”. • Patience – Heb. 12:1

  4. “Kept the Faith” • Jude 3 – contend for the right thing. • I Cor. 15:58; Col. 1:23 – persevere • 2 Peter 3:14 – with diligence. • So many “finish the course”, but not “in the faith.”

  5. Gained a Crown • Jesus – Heb. 2:9; Rev. 14:14 • James 1:12 – A promise to the faithful. • I Peter 5:4 • “Not to me only…”
