  2. The growing demand for complex-shaped technical ceramic parts increasingly requires the use of post-sintering machining of ceramic parts , which requires the use of diamond tools and several machine hours, resulting in higher costs. . One of the alternatives is the manufacture of complex shaped parts directly by molding so as to avoid the machining of final shaping, it is this idea which gave birth to our company and the choice of Injection molding under pressure as a means of shaping. We have adapted this process to the precision requirements of our customers and are now able to produce parts to tolerances of +/- 5 microns without machining rework, which is essential for micro-parts and small , impossible-to-machine parts often used for watch casing parts and watch movement components. Small and micro high precision ceramic parts are one of our manufacturing specialties, according to the geometries of diameters of a few tens of microns are achievable by our injection molding process.
