  3. Myths and facts about breakfast (cont.) • Myth- Eating breakfast gives you no energy and can make you more tired. • Fact- Breakfast provides the energy needed to start the day off right! I should have ate breakfast…I’m sleepy!

  4. Myths and facts about breakfast (cont.) • Myth-A healthy breakfast consists of high protein, low carb foods such as eggs, sausage & bacon. • Fact- A healthy breakfast consists of milk, fruits, and cereal Blueberries improve brain function!
