  4. Shared Calendar: Google Calendar • It’s a free, time management web application • It allows multiple calendars to be created and shown in the same view • Calendars can be shared either read only or with full edit control http://www.google.com/googlecalendar/about.html

Tweets can be anything from interesting news headlines to updates on what an individual is doing at any given moment.
