Work instructions for checking drilling on nut 100 / 400 plate by receiving Gauge 2 2a Work instructions:- Put the job in plate in such way that the job location should within pins (marked 3) at OD 116.790 on the job & orientation should at orientation pins marked 2 & 2a at angle 8.47° milling sides as shown in photo. Ensure that the job is located & oriented properly. Ensure that the checking pins (marked 5) are qualifying through the notches of the job . At the same time ensure that there should not be any air gap between orientation pins 2/2a and the respective milling surface. 5 3
