  1. When are you most fertile? Introduction The day you decide you want to start a family is when you ask your doctor the question, what are your most fertile days? The answer to that question depends on several factors and the number of steps you must take to understand what conception means. Females are most fertile within a day or two of ovulation, which is when the ovaries release an egg. Still, it may be possible to get pregnant on the days leading to ovulation as the sperm can survive several days inside the female body. The menstrual cycle days are a safe period because it's when the person is least likely to conceive. Number of fertile days in a cycle You can get pregnant within the first 24 hours after ovulation, but the fertile window lasts much longer and is the ideal time to have sexual intercourse. A woman can ovulate once from each ovary, so the ovulation window lasts roughly 72 hours. So you can say performing sexual intercourse as early as four days before ovulation could still lead to pregnancy as the sperm lasts up to 5 days inside the body. What is ovulation It Is the release of an egg from your ovary into your fallopian tube, which typically happens about 13-15 days before the start of your every period. The timing of ovulation can vary from cycle to cycle. You may also have a process where you don't ovulate at all. Each cycle of an egg develops and releases in response to intricate ups and downs of your reproductive hormones, which are affected by energy, nutrition, emotions, etc. Tiny eggs develop in sacs called follicles in your ovaries, and those follicles grow several months before they are ready to release their egg. There are follicles at several stages of development. Follicles undergo changes leading up to ovulation, developing many parts and layers which have their function. However, most bristles never reach ovulation, dying off during different phases of development or pre-development. When a follicle is ready to release an egg, the egg travels out of the ovary and is taken up to the fallopian tube; after the egg is released, it has about 12-24 hours to get fertilized by the sperm in the fallopian tube, if the egg doesn't get fertilized by the sperm in that short window, it begins to degrade, and if it gets fertilized, it travels to the uterus over the following 6-12 days to be possible to implant a pregnancy. All these changes are the events driven forward by the cyclic changes in your reproductive hormones, which control the selection and development of your follicles, the release of each egg and the preparation of your uterus for possible implementation. Conception meaning Conception takes place when a sperm cell from a fertile man swims up through the vagina and into the uterus of a woman to join with the egg cell as it travels down to one of the fallopian tubes from the ovary to the uterus, as it keeps moving down it begins to divide into two compartments. Four and then more, the division continues. After about a week, the sperm fertilizes the egg, which travels to the uterus and becomes a growing

  2. cause of about 100 cells called a blastocyst, which attaches to the lining of the uterus; the process is called implantation, which eventually develops into a baby. The cells continue to divide, some developing into the baby and others forming nourishment and oxygen supply structure called the placenta; hormones are released that signal the body that a baby is growing inside the uterus. When is the right time? Conception means when the sperm has travelled up to the uterus and matured the egg, which usually happens when you perform sexual intercourse, five days before ovulation or on the day you start ovulating. Still, the most fertile days are the three days that lead up to ovulation, which can give you the best chance of getting pregnant. By 12-24 hours after the ovulation has occurred, a woman can no longer get pregnant during the menstrual cycle because the egg is no longer in the fallopian tube; there is almost no chance of getting pregnant if you have sex before or after the fertile window. Signs that you are ovulating Awareness of your ovulation time may improve your chance of conceiving, as fertility plays a vital role in getting one pregnant. Signs may include •Mild cramping in the lower abdomen Wetter and more transparent, slipper vaginal discharge A slight increase in basal body temperature A higher sex drive Breast tenderness You may notice light spotting Your cervix softens and opens up Relation between age and fertility It is more likely that a younger woman Is more fertile than a woman in her late 30s or 40s because your ovaries and eggs age too, so it becomes harder to conceive and carry a pregnancy to term. Ovulation and the fertile window can change from cycle to cycle, but they may also alter with age; fertility declines in females in their 30s and by 40s, a person's chance of conceiving drops to 10% per cycle. Even, after all, it is possible to get pregnant in your 30s. Though it is a little tricky, you need to know about your fertile window, learn how conception works and get the answer to when you are most productive. Some medical conditions such as endometriosis or PCOS can make conception more difficult. How to know the most fertile days It's all about the timing, keep in mind that on average, it takes six to eight months to conceive, and in any given month, you have a 15-20% chance of getting pregnant Steps include 1. Keep track of your period

  3. Mark the days of your period, and count each day until your next period arrives; you may need to do this for at least 3-4 months to accurately measure the length and regularity of your cycle. The average process is 28 days long, but the normal cycle can also vary from 23 to 35 days in length. 2 determine your ovulation days Conception means having sex during a short window of time around ovulation, when a raw egg is released from one of the ovaries to move to the fallopian tube; the second important thing is to know about your most fertile days, which is when you ovulate. a- When your cycle is regular In an average menstrual cycle, ovulation occurs 14 days before the period arrives or on 14 days of a 28-day cycle, so if you minus 14 days from the length of your process, you'll get the idea when you ovulate. b- When your cycle isn't very regular Track your temperature, use an ovulation predictor kit and watch for changes in your cervical mucus Three correct times to have sex. After having a clear picture of your ovulation, you need to know the right time to have sex; most people tend to have sex every day or every other day in the beginning, about five days before ovulation and continuing through the day after the ovulation, because the sperm last inside the body about five days and egg's life span is 12-24 hours, so on the day of and day after ovulation can maximize your chances of getting pregnant. Chances of getting pregnant after periods are finished The chances are not very likely; if you have sex without using contraception, you can conceive at any time of your menstrual cycle, even during or just after your period, you can also get pregnant if you have never had a period before, during your first period or after the first time you have sex, so there is no safe time of the month If you have sex without contraception. Maximize chances of conception A person should know when is the right time to have sexual intercourse, to maximize the chances of getting pregnant. Most of the 2-3 days leading up to the ovulation. Some measures one can take to improve fertility are: Have regular sexual intercourse, as the pregnancy rate is higher among sexually active partners performing sex 2 or 3 days throughout the month. Avoid smoking and limit alcohol intake because it can reduce fertility in males and females and lead to complications and risks during birth. Exercise and maintain a moderate weight so to avoid the irregular ovulation Try and take as less stress as possible, as it can benefit a person who is trying to conceive. Conclusion

  4. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is the most effective way to boost fertility for both men and women. Although it is unclear whether this can counteract the natural decline in fertility with age, it may delay the onset of menopause. Many effective medical therapies are also available that can increase the chance of a successful pregnancy. The key is to know the right time to have sex, by calculating your most fertile days and trying on those days increases your chances of getting pregnant more than the normal days you have sex. Most people delay the process because either they don't want to have children at the moment and focus on their career or other things, but they should know fertility also affects with age; it's not impossible to get pregnant with age, but the difficulties arise so one should consider starting a family when they are younger. #Conception means More from @iuikit iuikit Can you get pregnant when you’re not ovulating? Can you get pregnant when you’re not ovulating? Ovulation doesn’t have anything to do with getting pregnant, does it? Yes, it does. It depends on whether you’re ovulating, it determines whether it’s easy (or hard) to get pregnant. If there is no egg for fertilization, conception will not take place. What is Ovulation? Your reproductive years are when you ovulate, beginning with the beginning of your period (menarche) and ending with the…
