What do you do now? • What are things that you should keep in mind with your newfound freedom? Once you are done reading this you should be able to go into the world ready to get back your life.

  3. Liberation • The feeling of freedom after a vaccine can be overwhelming but what can you actually do? • Does a vaccine give you a ticket to go anywhere and do anything?

  4. The answer in short is yes! A person who is vaccinated is unlikely to get infected with serious symptoms. Their chances of needing hospitalization or urgent care Waikiki very slim. • Hug your family! If you AND your family are vaccinated you may visit them. The grandmother that you have not seen in over a year can finally get that long-awaited visit.

  5. Family is important and many people have been deprived of them in the last year. You and your family deserve that hug. • Have fun in public! While you do have a responsibility to keep those around you safe, you are no longer at any risk. You should feel safe to go out to public places and reclaim all the lost time you missed having fun..

  6. Restaurants, sports, work, events, and other open public spaces are clear for vaccinated people. • Visit friends! Are there people that you miss and wish to visit? Now you can go out with them and have fun. • It is safer for everyone if all in participation are vaccinated.

  7. Reassurance • There is nothing better than getting peace of mind for a situation as stressful as a pandemic. What better peace of mind than becoming armed with the ability to fight off the virus? When you get vaccinated from a place like the Covid-19 vaccine clinic in Waikiki you can take a sigh of relief.

  8. Responsibility Although a vaccination gives you the freedom to do many things it also adds a sense of responsibility. The World Health Organization tells us that even when you are vaccinated it is important to continue taking precautions. Please continue wearing masks and social distancing around people who have not gotten a shot yet.

  9. Experts are still unsure about whether a vaccinated person can still spread it. As more information is received and research is continued do your part in keeping your community safe. • The last thing you want to do is be the cause for some to go to urgent care in Waikiki.

  10. Getting a vaccine brings everyone closer to herd immunity. You have taken the first step in ensuring the safety of more people. When the vast majority of people get vaccinated Covid-19 will not spread so easily. • You have done your part, so enjoy yourself! Reap the rewards of your actions!
