4. Return and Cancellation • TAFE TRIBE offers you a 7 days’ product replacement guarantee. You will need to notify us in case of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will replace the product at no extra cost. • How do I cancel the order? • You can cancel your order by writing to us at life@tafetribe.com before your product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. • How to replace a defective product? • Email us on life@tafetribe.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods.  • The defective product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.  • The buyer will have to pay the cost of sending the defective product back to the TAFE TRIBE office. • Note: Please do not accept the package if it is open or looks tampered at the time of delivery of the product. User Agreement • This User Agreement contains rules and regulations, policies, terms & conditions and agreement applicable to any person who may access or use TAFE TRIBE, including any subdomains, webpages or extension of tafetribe.com; you hereby agree and acknowledge to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement. • The use of TAFE TRIBE and the services provided are subject to the rules and regulations, policies, notices, terms & conditions set forth in this User Agreement. For the purposes of this User Agreement, 'User' and wherever the context may require 'You'(or any variation thereof), shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of TAFE TRIBE by accessing or browsing the Website and/or has registered as a member of TAFE TRIBE by submitting identification information/ registration details using the computer system of TAFE TRIBE and accepting the electronic record of the User Agreement, has obtained a unique username along and a secret alpha-numerical key (password) for using the Website.

Terms of Use • You understand and agree that the Company merely provide hosting services to its Users who access TAFE TRIBE for purchase and sale of unique Indian products (that are permitted to be bought and sold under applicable law). All items advertised and/or listed on TAFE TRIBE and the contents therein are advertised and listed by Users and are third party purchasers and/or sellers as the case may be. Currently the membership on TAFE TRIBE is free and the Company does not levy any charges/fees for browsing or buying on TAFE TRIBE. The Company reserves the right to introduce new services or modify the existing services provided on TAFE TRIBE. Additionally, the Company at its sole discretion may introduce fees for the new services provided or amend/ introduce fees for the existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the User Agreement or any of the rules and policies of the Company shall be posted on TAFE TRIBE and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on TAFE TRIBE.

8. Limited liability of the Company • The Company liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of charges/ fees, if any, paid by you to the Company. The Company, its associates, affiliates and service providers and technology partners make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of TAFE TRIBE or that the operation of TAFE TRIBE or the Logistics Partner or TAFE TRIBE authorized payment gateway facility will be error free and/or uninterrupted. The Company provides no guarantee to its Users in respect of the products sold on the Website. 

9. GOVERNING LAW • This User Agreement and all rules, policies and documents incorporated by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
