When cooking, describes preparation done before starting the actual cooking process • Build workforce capacity for future business growth • All parties working to agreed standard – businesses, Drysdale Institute and participants. • Advanced skills on commencement and fast-track potential. • Federal and Drysdale reporting higher level of capability than normal
