    6. APARICIÓN DE LA VIRGEN DEL ESPINO: marzo del año 1399

    7. De 1443 a 1835, fue Monasterio benedictino

    8. Hubo 12 priores y 77 abades

    9. Desde el 24-6-1879 pertenece a los Misioneros Redentoristas

    10. Ha sido Casa de Formación y Noviciado Redentorista. Aquí se han formado innumerables Redentoristas que luego han sido misioneros en América, Africa, etc.
