Presentation Transcript

  1. BHS Organic Gardening Senior Evan Didisheim organized a working relationship between Crystal Spring Farm, the Bowdoin College Organic Garden, and the recently created Brunswick High School Organic Garden Club. This connection allows BHS students to work at the Bowdoin Organic Garden throughout the summer and into the fall. Students will get hands-on working experience and knowledge relating to organic agriculture and the importance of producing local foods. Special thanks to Madsy Schneider; Tristan Williams, Bowdoin Organic Garden Manager; Mary Lou Kennnedy, director of Bowdoin Dining; Seth & Maura of CSF; and Rick Wilson, BHS Service Learning Co-ordinator and teacher.
