  2. Online Clinical & Coaching Psychologist Practical strategies that work. This is my approach to helping people conquer psychological challenges in their lives. I combine tangible skill development with a down-to-earth, jargon-free approach to my work with clients. I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2004 after completing several years of undergraduate and postgraduate education/training. After initially working in adult mental health, I began private practice work in 2009 alongside other clinical and academic roles (see my publications here). I have helped a wide range of people to successfully tackle psychological challenges and improve their quality of life. The issues I tackle with clients range from tackling the imposter syndrome and addressing public speaking anxiety, to resolving cognitive difficulties (e.g., mind-blanking) and unhelpful managerial/leadership behaviours (e.g., a reluctance to delegate). Many of my coaching clients work in high-profile companies such as Google, NatWest, Nike, and HSBC

Workplace Performance & Wellbeing Resource Centre The Performance & Wellbeing Toolkit Bringing psychological thinking and strategies to the workplace for a sustainable, healthy, and effective workforce. This training consists of three, 3-hour sessions providing a mix of information and interactive skills-building activities. Each of the three sessions focuses on a skills theme. The three themes are: 1.      Reflective Practice: The why and ‘how to’ of critical reflective practice at work 2.      Choice Point: Understanding how to recognise and response positively to uncomfortable psychological states (e.g., performance anxiety, self-doubt) 3.      Psychological Conversations: Honing your interpersonal skills for constructive workplace relationships Procrastination. How to spot it and how to stop it Consultation vs 'just do it' in decision-making
