  2. Basic to behavioral profiling is the identification and measurement of an individual's traits and preferences. The data can then be connected to other organizational factors like team dynamics, job role alignment, and development potential.

  3. SELECTION AND RECRUITMENT The characteristics of a candidate's profile will be contrasted with those that are both desired and established predictors of success in a specific job role. The profile may also be used to determine whether a person will likely enjoy their job.
