  1. Avastin Injection - MrMed Avastin injection may be used with conventional chemotherapy to treat metastatic breast cancer, advanced non-small cell lung carcinoma, advanced kidney cancer, advanced colon cancer, advanced rectal cancer, and advanced rectal cancer. It is a humanized monoclonal antibody. It is used to inhibit vascular endothelial cell growth factor A and angiogenesis. Avastin can also be used to treat primary peritoneal, fallopian tube, and epithelial cancers. Avastin contains a Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF-A), which interacts with its receptor to induce angiogenesis. It inhibits VEGF-A (blood vessel growth) and inhibits VEGF-1. It disrupts the interaction between VEGF-A and its receptors. These receptors are often overexpressed in many types of cancer. So this drug works by protecting them from being overexpressed. This medicine slows down the progression of cancer. A gene mutation can cause cancer by causing the overgrowth of cells, blood vessels, and tissues. Cancer occurs when certain cells in the body grow out of control and spread to other areas. Cancerous tumors can spread or invade surrounding tissues and then travel to distant parts of the body to form new tumors. This can be due to an error in cell division, DNA damage due to external factors, or inherited from your parents. Every medicine has side effects. Cancer is a serious form of cancer. Side effects can be serious, and the medicine used to treat them is too strong. Side effects that are common include nausea, vomiting and numbness.
