  9. Be patient ! • This is a long process; patience in the process is vital.

  10. Be positive! • Support one another! Help each other maintain the momentum.

  11. Be diverse ! • Celebrate strengths of others • Recognize your personal limitations

  12. Be Trusting ! • Avoid negative assumptions; trust intentions of others.

  13. Be Assertive • Stay true to the mission; do not permit “hostage” situations.
