These are costs involved in acquiring, delivering, preparing, and serving FFVP.

  • Administrative Costs

Must be documented!

Costs involved in planning the program, managing paperwork, purchasing equipment and all other costs NOT related to the preparation and service of FFVP.

  • Administrative costs are limited to 10% of the FFVP Grant award.
  • Administrative costs may be used to supplement operational costs, if you run out.

However, you can NOT use operational costs to supplement administrative costs.
