Bechtel Telecommunications Hand Injury Prevention This presentation is designed to guide Bechtel Telecommunications to: ZERO Hand Injuries This presentation is intended to convey an overview of some of the ES&H Requirements needed while working on Bechtel Telecommunications sites. The purpose for which it is being provided and the use thereof is not in lieu of nor does it alter the responsibilities and obligations to Bechtel under contracts.

Summary Summary: • Integrate “SAFE” cutting tools into the workplace and prohibit the use of unguarded knives and box cutters, • Increase the use of gloves for most work tasks, including special cut resistant gloves for specified tasks. • Identify & review safe and at-risk behaviors for cutting related tasks.
