  3. Business Background • Human Services identified 150 forms within the organisation. • The majority of forms were filled in and processed manually. • The Victorian Government Online initiative requires all suitable transactions to be online by December 2001.

  4. Project Requirements • Create Guidelines and Templates for the creation of online forms. • Develop DHS standards for presentation of online forms. • Select a cross-section of forms suitable for the pilot. • Pilot online form delivery and back-end processing. • Optimise use of the current environment

  5. Project Approach • Guidelines were created for the business process required to produce Online Forms. • Includes Standards for Online Forms • A Framework Tool was developed for the: • production of the online forms and • processing of submitted data
