  2. History: 2004Drafting Mobility Policy Document Estimated congestion 2020 without extra policy measures • Transport keeps growing • Increasing capacity infrastructure is not sufficient to: • keep travel times acceptable and predictable • increase reliability

  4. Rush hour charge • Comparable to the nation wide system • Still a regional mobility project (not a trial for the nation wide system) • Time and place based • Basic rate (3,4 ct) + rush hour rate (11 ct)witth reservation • Start with1000 participants, increasing to 7000 – 10.000
