  1. Edinburgh Dog Behaviour Dog Behaviour Problem Counsellor Welcome to Edinburgh Dog Behaviour! We are here to help you with all of your dog behaviour needs. For dog training from puppy to pensioner or if you are experiencing problem behaviours in your dog, we will work tirelessly with you to build the kind of relationship you and your dog desire! We focus on force free and positive techniques to build happy, confident dogs that know how to behave without being asked. Do I need a dog trainer or a behaviourist? Dogs (like many things) are much more complicated that we realise: at any given time their behaviour is likely being influenced by their breed, breeding, genetics, biology, health, gender, mood, personality, past experiences and the current situation and environment. It is important that we spend time teaching and guiding our dogs so that they know what is expected of them, and this is where the role of a professional dog trainer can be of assistance to a dog owner – we can use our experience to advise you how best to approach training for the specific outcomes you are looking to achieve. Check out our dog and puppy training services here.
