Residential Proof • A residential proof must be submitted during the company incorporation to prove the present address of the director. As mentioned in address proof, the residential proof must also include the director name as specified in the PAN card and must not be older than two months. • Mobile bill • Telephone bill • Electricity bill • Bank statement
Director Foreign Nationals • Passport is required for foreign nationals as a proof of their identity. The passport must be Apostilled or Notarized in the country. The documents are in foreign language, it must be changed by an official translator to English and apostilled or notarized. If the passport does not contain date of birth of the holder. Then you must submit an additional document that contains the date of birth of the director. It must be duly attested or certified or apostilled or notarized. Passport
Address Proof • The proposed director must submit an address proof which is also apostilled or notarized. The director names must contains in the address proof with their name mentioned in the passport. It is the present address of the director. Residential Proof • The resident proof and address proof for identifying the directors. The proof must be provided to confirm the registered office of the company. During the company registration procedures, the following documents must be submitted as proof of registered office or with in 30 days of incorporation of the company.
