  2. We are sharing some important exercise that helps you to keep in shape. And makes you healthier and beautiful, you can do these exercises daily at home.

  3. Knees To Chest • Lie on your back with your legs straight and your feet raised off the floor • Pull your knees swiftly towards your chin, raising your hips off the floor • Do 3 sets of 12 reps

  4. Forward Lunge • Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your hands on your hips • Step forward with your right leg and slowly lower your body until your right knee is bent at least 90 degrees • Push back to the starting position and repeat with your left leg, that's one rep.. do 3 sets of 12 reps

  5. Push ups • Your body should form a straight line from head to heels. lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor. • Then push back to the starting position as quickly as possible, Do 3 sets of 13 reps

  6. Flutter Kick • Lie with your legs straight and your feet off the floor • As fast as you can, alternately kick your feet up and down without touching the floor. Raising and lowering each leg counts. • Do 3 sets of 12 reps

  7. Squat • Begin by setting your feet a little more than shoulder width apart. • Back strait, using your head for support, slowly bend at the knees, lowering your body. • Slowly return to your up- right position
