The changes in workforce behaviour can also impact organizational culture. ⚫ Organizations needs to consider vision, value, norms, system, habits and language. ⚫ Also covers the way employees accomplish given task.

  7. City College and Enterprise Structure Enterprise adopts tall organizational structure and it has long chain of command. There are number of management levels. Managers from many ranks control the operations. City College follows flat organizational structure and it has few management levels. It mainly focuses on employees empowerment and motivate them to have self directing actions in order to resolve issue. ⚫ ⚫

Environmental factors: Employment level, wage rates, technological development, political and socio-culture. Organizational factors: Physical facilities, leadership, reward system, structure and design.
