INGREDIENTS 50 grams Oats 60 grams Wheat Flour 100 grams White Flour 110 grams Butter 50 grams Caster Sugar 120 grams Brown Sugar 50 ml Milk ¼ tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Vanilla essence 40 grams Melon, Pumpkin, Sunflower seeds 50 grams Sesame seeds 3 tbsp Chia & Flax seeds powder
INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a mixing bowl, take 110 grams of butter. Add 50 grams of caster sugar, and 120 grams of brown sugar With an electric beater, beat till the mixture turns light and fluffy Now add 50 ml milk, and 1 tsp vanilla essence With an electric beater, beat the mixture for a minute Now add all the dry ingredients. 100 grams of white flour, 60 grams of wheat flour, 50 grams of oats, 3 tbsp flax and chia seeds powder, ¼ tsp baking powder With an electric beater, gently mix the ingredients until well combined. Don't overbeat the mixture With the spatula, scrape out the mixture from the beater Now add the mixed seeds. 50 grams of sesame seeds and 40 grams of mixed melon, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds. Keep aside some for garnishing With a spatula, very gently mix the ingredients until well combined Wrap the bowl with cling film.
