  • Introduce and discuss policy decisions that may be pending in the near- and long-term future.
  • Discuss the political, fiscal and practical implications of these policy challenges and options.
  • Examine future policy decisions and prioritize those decisions as near-, long- or no-term decisions.
  • Build a cohesive vision to represent the needs of Pierre’s residents and businesses; and create an environment that will continue to make Pierre attractive to businesses.

  • Responsibly utilize allocated dollars and avoid dipping into reserves for new projects.
