Eric Gallite Is Very Big Into Living A Healthy Life; Physically, Mentally, And Spiritually According to Eric Gallite, the three pillars to a man’s or woman’s success are physical health, mental sharpness, and spirituality. He says this from his personal experience because the man has invested a fair amount of time in achieving physical health, mental clarity, and inner peace through spirituality. Eric likes to hit the gym whenever he can to stay in shape. However, that’s not the primary source of his activeness. He plays pool and golf to maintain his physical and mental health. Eric has been playing these two games for decades and has become pretty good too. He started playing just for entertainment and networking with people but quickly realized that they are a great way to stay fit and active. He even plans to teach these games to his kids because he believes pool and golf can help them learn many things in life and business. Business Needs You to Be On Top of Your Mental and Physical Health: Unlike many CEOs, who like to sit behind their big 5’x5’ tables and shout orders at employees, Eric likes to stay involved. He leads with an example, which is why he has to do many tasks on his own. Being physically and mentally fit helps Eric do things like connecting with customers, securing large accounts, and managing high-value car transportations on his own.
He says that playing golf helps him stay fit, standing for hours, allowing his body to circulate blood and staying under the sun helps him get a healthy Vitamin dose. Plus, he gets to network with other important people in his line of work, which always helps. Furthermore, he does a little bit of meditation for mental clarity but what keeps him sharp is a daily game of pool in his office. Eric has a table set up in his office, and he regularly plays pool during free hours either with employees or with friends. He says that the calculations you need to make to send the ball into the pocket and the strategies you need to make in advance to ensure you have the edge over the competitor are a good exercise for the brain. Eric Also Believes in Having a Relationship with a Higher Power: The whole world is designed to work in a certain way like every human has a pair of eyes, ears, hands, legs and so on. Gravity doesn’t push you up but pulls you down, and the sun rises from the east and sets in the east. Everything is working like it's designed to be in a specific way. These kinds of thoughts always linger in Eric’s mind, which is why he believes that there is someone higher and mightier than all of us. Eric likes to pray to him and tries to do right by people, including his customers, friends and family and lead a responsible life to have a good relationship with the higher power. He knows that his good deeds don’t go unnoticed, and his spiritual side has a role in his success.
