  4. What is DPCC? The Delhi Pollution Control Committee has been established as a regulatory authority for implementing various pollution control laws. The committee is committed to provide pollution free environment to the people of state. The committee has undertaken various studies of underground water, soil and air to take remedial steps to control pollution. The DPCC essentially issues a No Objection Certificate to ensure that the proposed/existing business entity being set up will not cause any harm to the environment or society. For a change and improvement in the production process or setting up in industries, a provision has been made that the entrepreneur must get the “NOC” from the board prior to the establishment of their industry. DPCC is the sole authority to issue Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) for the respective industry or establishment in the State of Delhi

  5. What is CTE & CTO? Consent to establish Consent to Establish (NOC) is a an approval which is to be mandatorily attained from respective State Pollution Control Board before commencement of the construction or establishment activities on the site of the applicant. SECOND STEP Once CTE is received the applicant should apply for a consent to operate the establishment A CONSENT TO OPERATE CONSENT TO ESTABLISH FIRST STEP B CONSENT TO ESTABLISH is the primary step towards establishment of an industry Consent to operate Consent To Operate (CTO) is followed by the CTE. No business prescribed under the Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981 shall begin its production activities before getting this consent or NOC

STEPS FOR DPCC CONSENT The process for obtaining DPCC Consent usually takes around 30-60 days Step 1 Preparation of Application drafting of necessary attachments CTE & CTO Application Step 2 Uploading of attachments and submission of the application along with the prescribed fees online. Step 3 Inspection by the designated officer of the premises Step 4 Submission of Inspection report by the designated officer Step 5 Approval of CTE & CTO Consents respectively
