  1. CHOOSING THE BEST STANDARD FIRST AID BLENDED (LEVELS A OR C)

  2. Overview Comprehensive training course in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) designed for individuals requiring certification for work or those seeking to enhance their ability to respond to emergencies at home. This course complies with provincial and territorial worker safety and insurance board regulations and incorporates the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

  3. Course Requirements Attendance and participation are essential for the full session. Physical effort is required for the CPR course. Individuals who have pre-existing medical issues, such as pregnancy, bone, muscle, joint, or respiratory disorders, should see a doctor before attending. We accept no risk or liability for any accidents or illnesses that may occur as a consequence of course participation. Please see your doctor and remain safe. Along with a written multiple-choice test, participants are assessed on their proficiency in first aid and CPR during the course. There are no refunds for failed efforts.

  4. Accessing your Certification Within three to four business days after completing your training, you will receive an email from the Red Cross with instructions to access your permanent, official certification card.
