  1. Brandi Jackson Wellness

  2. Brandi Jackson established Brandi Jackson Wellness in 2014. Brandi has been a practicing clinician for 8 years and found herself explaining the benefits of exercise, mindset and nutrition to clients with high stress, depression, and anxiety symptoms often. Brandi noticed that when her clients practiced whole food based nutrition, regular exercise and wellness counseling, their health and mood improved. Clients not only got the results they wanted but learned how to keep their progress!

  3. Holistic Mental Health Therapy not only addresses emotional health and wellness; but additionally incorporates physical fitness practice and healthy nutrition to maximize energy, decrease stress, and to boost your mood and your health.

  4. Over the past 10 years I have kept 40 pounds of weight loss, maintained healthy stress management habits that eliminate emotional eating and mood swings. I have worked with hundreds of clients for mindset coaching and mental health counseling. I have tested best practices to get sustainable long-term health benefits.

  5. It takes BIG courage to say that you need help. You aren't weak for admitting that you need help, admitting the truth is actually a marker of strength! In order to deal with a problem, start by acknowledging that a problem exists. In our wellness coaching sessions, we can work on resolving the problem in a healthy way that doesn't hold you back. I can help you work through your issue with supportive coaching and a custom wellness plan so you can move forward with confidence.

  6. Willpower has nothing to do with emotional issues. When you have an issue, it's best to be patient and reflective to ensure a healthy recovery. Using the "willpower" approach can actually be harmful and increase added stress and disappointment regarding the issue that's ALREADY bothering you. In addition, when you participate in wellness coaching your problem generally resolves faster because you get emotional support, judgmental-free dialogue, and a confidential space for your sessions.

  7. Problems do not exist on a scale of worthy to unworthy. If you have an issue that is holding you back or affecting your lifestyle, then it's an issue that is worth resolving. It's important that you identify what the issue is, and from there we can work together to create a practical wellness plan customized to your lifestyle to help you recover healthier and faster.

  8. Faith and spirituality are great to help you when you are going through something difficult, but not as an exclusive practice. My wellness coaching is centered on dynamic holistic approach (mind, body, nutrition, and spirit) which means multiple methods of healing are important to resolve your problem. Each of my wellness plans will focus on the methods of coping and recovery that feel right and true for you. You always have the choice to veto or decline any suggestions presented in our sessions.

  9. “Brandi is an angel! She brings a balance of health and spiritual wellness into her coaching that I never seen outside of yoga! It was just the amount of motivation that I needed to help me get active after a long hiatus. Her supportive workout approach made me feel like I could do anything, even when my body felt like clunking out.

  10. Brandi is very knowledgable and is the whole package when looking for a health coach as she has a background in mental health, fitness, and nutrition. She has helped me understand and address the “why”. Over the years, I have gone on many diets, and tried many fitness practices, but none stuck. Now that I have a better understanding of why I do what I do and how to form better, sustainable habits.

  11. I have worked with Brandi now for several months. She is always responsive and prompt. She is kind, but also holds you accountable. I highly recommend working with her and look forward to working more with her in the future.

  12. This is the question that comes after learning Online Mental Health Therapy exists, that it’s a real thing, and that people love it and use it. Being that there are several popular online therapy resources that exist currently, there is also a benefit of being able to do some comparison shopping before choosing your Therapist! Yas!

  13. Before we look into affordability, we really must consider how to select your therapist. If you have past therapy experience, you may already know your current therapy needs and preferences based on what you liked and did not like about your previous therapy work and therapy support provider. If you haven’t yet experienced therapy, it may be hard to know exactly what communication style will work best for you; therapeutically speaking.

  14. The other side of searching for a good online therapist includes being clear on what your therapy needs are and determining if the online therapist you’re interested in working with has the not only the skillset to help to you work on your emotional health goal, but also the style of communication that gives you the space to utilize 100% of your session for your emotional needs.

  15. As you know (or maybe you don’t know) , I’m a Licensed Therapist based in California and I would describe my communication style and warm, relational, direct, practical, and with context based humor. So, the clients that work best with me will appreciate therapy in a way that feels warm, relatable, practical, and clear.
