But, of all the regions in NCR, Noida has been at the centre stage, with many areas recording high transactions in the recent year. Localities in Noida with the highest traction Year-Over-Year Sector-151, Noida The affordable locality of Sector-151 remained the centre of attention for the investor community due to the availability of large land parcels. Located along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the property prices in the sector increased by nearly 25 percent in the last three years and around 13 percent YoY. Sector-137, Noida Boasting an annual price growth of over ten percent, Sector 137 offers housing units in the ordinary to luxury housing segment. Proximity to commercial hubs like Express Trade Tower and Infospace, within a five-km radius, drives the rental demand in the area, which explains the yearly rental yield of almost five percent.
