  1. Natural Pest Control Methods What are your options?

  2. Why Go Natural? Pests can be a real issue, and you might have to call in the professional pests control services. This can get quite expensive, while this is definitely not always necessary. While it might be better to call the professionals when the insects have invaded your entire house you can use natural methods when they’re still located in one spot. So let’s go over some of these methods that can save you quite the hassle.

  3. Use Cornmeal and Cucumber Against Ants At least once per year everyone has ant problems in their kitchen and other rooms. This can be incredibly annoying and not to forget, dirty. But these two ingredients, which you probably already have in your pantry, can end this once and for all.

  4. If you’ve found the spot where the ants enter your home, you can put a couple slices of cucumber there. Ants have a natural aversion against cucumber and will stay away. As an extra ants controlcontrol method you can sprinkle some corn meal where the ants roam your house. They will eat it and since they can’t digest it, it will exterminate them.

  5. No More Mosquito Bites Mosquitoes are the most annoying of all bugs, not only do they keep you up at night but they also leave you with bites that itch for days. Garlic for example is a natural bug repellent. Mixing one part of garlic juice with 5 parts of water will create the perfect mixture. You can spray this on yourself or soak a cloth in it that you hang in the designated room. And when this is not working then neem oil might. Applying a few drops of this oil to your body will make mosquitoes leave you alone all night and day.

  6. End the never-ending buzzing now Flies won’t do anything to you persé, but they can still be a nuisance in your house. They sit on your foot and buzz around your ears, luckily there is a solution. Flies are repelled by the smell of eucalyptus, so sprinkling some eucalyptus essential oil on a cloth and hanging it in the area that is plagued by flies will make them leave. Or you could plant some sweet basil plants around your door, not only will the flies stay far away but you can use the basil in your cooking too.

  7. Spiders are the scariest bugs; make them leave Just like flies, spiders don’t actually cause you any harm. But having tens of spiders crawling around your house is not all that comforting. Spiders have a huge aversion towards peppermint oil. This is why adding some essential peppermint oil to a spray bottle with water and a little bit of detergent will make them crawl away as fast as their tiny legs can carry them. Spray this on all areas where the spiders come for a nice smell and to get rid of these spiders fast. These methods were only few of the many that exist and work. Maybe these methods don’t appeal to you, then you can look for others yourself on the internet. Isn’t it wonderful that you can use natural methods to get rid of all these pests? They save you a lot of money and are non-toxic. So these methods are cheaper, safer and spare you the hassle of having to hire professional services. How much more complicated would that have been, you would have to get them to come to your house and use chemicals while you can also plant some basil to get rid of flies. Try them out, maybe they work for you or maybe you need another method. And in the end you can enjoy a bug-free house.
