OBESITY- Fat Accumulation In Body

Obesity occurs when someone takes excessive amounts of food or calories. Later, they burn these excess fats through regular activities and exercise. The body stores these excess amounts of calories as fat which causes obesity. However, there are metabolic, behavioral, genetic, and hormonal influences on body weight that affect the body to grow abnormally.

  3. Obesity causes many severe diseases in which heart diseases are one of the significant side-effects of obesity, which directly affects a person's health.

  4. Obesity causes high or Low Blood pressure, which refers to many Internal Organs diseases.

  5. An Unhealthy and high-calorie diet is one of the significant causes of obesity and fat accumulation. These types of diet include a high amount of Sugar, Calories, Carbohydrates and Fat.

  6. Stress Taking too much stress and quick behavioral changes may lead to obesity. A person seeks more high-calorie food when experiencing stressful situations.

  7. LACK OF SLEEP Deficit amounts of sleep or getting too much sleep can cause frequent changes in hormones which increase appetite. As a result, a person has more craving of food that is in high calories and carbohydrates.t

  8. INACTIVITY An inactive and sedentary lifestyle may result in fat accumulation and obesity.

  9. PREGNANCY It is challenging for some women to overcome abnormal weight gain during or after pregnancy which resulting obesity in the long run.

  10. Conclusion Although obesity is harmful to a person's health, A person can counteract mainly risk factors through avoiding junk foods, burn more calories with exercise and physical activities.
