This type of buying requires little or no involvement from the consumers.It's a frequent buying of daily routine products Example: Toothpaste, soaps, gum Habitual Buying behavior
Stages of Buying Need Recognization At this stage, consumers realize the need for a particular product. For Instance, the old washing machine is not working properly so the consumer will realize the need for a new washing machine Information Search • Now consumers will start to search for the washing machines brands available. Evaluation of alternatives After gathering the information, consumers will now evaluate the available options based on their needs, price, functionality, and features of a product.
