  5. Complex Buying Complex buying behavior is when a consumer is buying a product that carries high-risk factors.Customers are highly involved while buying these products Examples Cars, houses or heavy machines

  6. Consumers tend to do impulsive buying. they easily switch brands and such products usually of low prices. Consumers Involvement is very low. Examples: Buying ice cream, chips or trying a new resturant Variety seeking Buying Behaviour

  7. Dissonance-Reducing Buying Behavior Like complex buying behavior, This type of buying also contains high involvement of consumers but the buying is an infrequent or one-time investment on a particular product

  8. This type of buying requires little or no involvement from the consumers.It's a frequent buying of daily routine products Example: Toothpaste, soaps, gum Habitual Buying behavior

  9. Stages of Buying Need Recognization At this stage, consumers realize the need for a particular product. For Instance, the old washing machine is not working properly so the consumer will realize the need for a new washing machine Information Search • Now consumers will start to search for the washing machines brands available. The will gather the maximum information of a product from various resource

  10. Evaluation of alternatives After gathering the information, consumers will now evaluate the available options based on their needs, price, functionality, and features of a product. Purchase decision After evaluating all the options customers will now make a decision on whether to buy this product or not Post-purchase evaluation In the end, if the consumer is satisfied with the products.They tend to buy tit again for the next time
