  1. UNICEF Highlights Türkiye’s Education Reforms as Global Model at G20 Meeting During the October 22 G20 Education Ministers' Meeting in South Africa, UNICEF highlighted Turkey's creative educational efforts as best practices, garnering international attention. UNICEF's Global Director for Education and Adolescent Development, Pia Britto, praised

  2. Turkey's Century of Türkiye Education Model for emphasizing both values and skills, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of National Education on Friday. Britto commended the nation's all-encompassing educational strategy, pointing out that it supports UNICEF's global goal of inclusive, value-based, and skill-oriented education. In order to prepare teachers for the new curriculum, she also mentioned in-person teacher training programs in Turkey as best practices deserving of international recognition. She claimed that the training initiatives show Turkey's dedication to giving educators the skills and resources they need to meet the demands of contemporary education. Britto went on to point out that one of the reasons national standards in early childhood education have been successfully implemented in Turkey is the country's centralized educational system. She said that with this accomplishment, Turkey is now one of the few countries that successfully integrates quality and consistency throughout all educational levels. The gathering emphasized that one of Turkey's fundamental advantages is still its emphasis on moral principles and national identity, which are taught starting in early childhood schooling. Türkiye continues to lead the way in demonstrating how education may foster societal cohesiveness and personal growth by establishing a sense of identity and ethics at a young age.
